Description: Response Plus is currently recruiting for the position of Responder. The duties and responsibilities of a responder are unique and varied because the people we support all have unique needs. Whilst this can be a very diverse role, the key focus is always on supporting a person to lead a fulfilling and more independent life.
On a day-to-day basis, a responders duties could include responding to an SOS alarm, providing first aid, carrying out welfare checks on people we can't get hold of on the phone and keeping an open communication with the on duty dispatcher/call taker and possibly family members of the client or employers of the lone worker.
In addition to this, you will often work with significant people in the person’s life, such as friends and family, by giving them confidence and reassurance and involving them in the person’s support.

Description: Response Plus is currently recruiting on a self employed basis for the position of services introducer. The duties and responsibilities of a services introducer is to find leads for the company of potential clients, this could be both commercial or domestic clients.
This position is idea for someone who is already in a sales position within a client facing role, a healthcare worker who could recommend our services or trades or just someone that would like to earn a a little bit of money in addition to their current self employed position.
All company introducers will be given leaflets or business cards to hand out to prospective clients. The introducer will be able to write on the leaflets their name and unique reference number so when the client calls we know who has introduce them to the company.
Response Plus condones the act of cold calling, introductions must not come from this means.
