Welfare Calls

Our Welfare call service is identical to our Lone Worker Monitoring service but with our welfare calls, we call your staff member at set times. This service is ideal if you want to check on your staff members out of hours to ensure their safety. An example of this would be a night worker who is on a 22:00 to 06:00 shift. We would call the staff member at 00:00, 02:30 and again at 05:00 to ensure all is ok and that there are no problems. In the morning a member of your staff can call in and check all was ok. 

Along with the calls, we can also ask them any questions that you request.  Another example of this service, is one of our current clients who have care workers out in the evening. The staff members will call us when they have completed their last care call and are in their cars safely. If they don't call us we will then call them and make sure that they are safe and well.
