Beginning your journey with us

Step 1 - Contact us

Contact our administration team who will make an appointment for one of the support team to visit you at home in person or via a online meeting to discuss your needs.

Step 2 - Assessment

When our support team meet you they will discuss your needs with you. 

once they have got all the information they need they will then put a plan together before contacting you again to ensure that you are completely happy with it.

Step 3 - Payment

Payment is invoiced 4 weeks in arrears. they can be paid by one of the methods on our payment page. 

If you have any one off service or products for example a key safe installed this would be invoiced separately, again this can paid by the methods on our payment page. 

Step 4 - Service starts

Once everything has been completed we will activate and if needed install your new service or alarm in for you. 

Regular checks are carried out to ensure your happy with the service you are being provided with or if you have any questions.
